Kendra Dujmovic
Director, Integrated & Growth Marketing. I build campaigns, systems, and teams from scratch — grounded in a psychology background and a habit of taking things apart to see how they work.
I build marketing from the ground up — and then break it down to make it better. I've spent my career proving that good marketing is equal parts psychology and systems: understand how people actually think, then build the campaigns, programs, and processes that meet them there.
I've taken a startup from $1K to $450K in annual revenue in three years, run a 58-campaign portfolio that closed nearly half a million in revenue, and turned a scrappy always-on email program into a 900K-send machine that beats industry benchmarks. I've built teams from scratch, launched five product lines, and once pitched an AI feature at a hackathon using a five-persona user research deck I built in a weekend.
"Understand why people act the way they do — then build the thing that meets them there."
Off the clock, I'm probably mid-streak in Croatian lessons, deep in a D&D campaign, or arguing with a piece of cabinetry I'm building in the garage — dog supervising, husband politely pretending to be surprised by the outcome.
Working through it lesson by lesson — mostly for the stubborn satisfaction of it.
The one part of my week that isn't asking anything of me except to breathe.
Turns out building a marketing calendar and building a party's next encounter use the same muscle.
Interior design and built-in cabinetry projects, one weekend and one small disaster at a time.
